That’s what Week 1 is for. We conduct a comprehensive audit and recommend the system that will deliver the highest ROI in the 6-week timeframe. You don’t need to come in knowing the answer — working that out together is part of the program.
Not in the standard 6-week program — we focus on one system to make sure it’s built properly and that your team is genuinely confident using it. You can add the second system as an add-on after completion, or upgrade to The Growth Plan for comprehensive implementation.
No. If you don’t have existing systems, we’ll recommend and implement the right platform for your needs. If you do have existing systems, we’ll evaluate whether to optimize what you have or transition to something better — and we’ll explain the tradeoffs clearly before making any decisions.
Both. We do the heavy lifting of building and implementing the system — that’s done-for-you. But you participate in decisions, provide content and access, and learn how to operate the system once it’s built — that’s done-with-you. The goal is that you finish confident and capable, not dependent on us to keep things running.
You receive a 30-day optimization plan, 30 days of post-program email support, and a 30-day check-in call. From there you can continue independently, add an extended support package, or upgrade to The Growth Plan for ongoing strategic guidance and continued system building.
Yes — completing the Growth Accelerator is a prerequisite for The Growth Plan. It ensures we have one core system working correctly, baseline data to make strategic decisions from, and confidence that we work well together before committing to an ongoing engagement.
